Cancellation Policy:
Low season
Requests for cancellation made within two (02) days,
ie 48 (forty eight) hours, the amount deposited in the booking confirmation will not berefunded in cash but in credit for hosting. After 48 (forty eight) hours prior to the date oflodging, the guest will forfeit the amount anticipated in the booking confirmation.


Holidays
Requests for ancel up to 07 (seven) days prior to the date of hosting, the customer willcredit the full value of accommodation in advance, provided you choose a new date at the time of cancellation. Cancellations with less than 07 (seven) days prior to the date of hosting, the customer is not entitled to credit accommodations, the anticipated value isconsidered as fine and operating costs.

Reveilon / Carnaval
Up to 21 (twenty one) days prior to the date of hosting, the customer will stay on the credit worth 50% of the advance, provided you choose a new date at the time of cancellation, the remaining 50% is considered a fine and operating costs .
Less than 21 (twenty five) days prior to the date of hosting, the customer is not entitled to credit accommodations, the anticipated value is considered as fine and operating costs.

Terms
-All credit must be used within 6 months (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of cancellation.
-Cancellations for any reason, should be submitted in writing by the client Sector Reservations by e-mail or fax. No cancellations will be accepted by telephone.
-In case of partial withdrawal day and contracted with the client within the hotel, will not be refunded any difference in the amount previously paid either in cash or credit for hosting.
-Withdrawal of the entry: After the occupation of the apartment, there is absolutely no way or possibility of return, rebates, kickbacks or any other type of compensation, in any way, even partially.
-Upon the deposit for the effectiveness of the reserve, and occupied the leased unit, will give all accepted as payment terms and arrangements for accommodation provided herein.
